I don’t know, the payment page just gave me a really bad feeling. It didn’t feel right putting my card info in there, so I backed out quickly.

My order showed up on time and the box was in good shape, so I really don’t have much to complain about. Based on this one delivery, I’d say they seem to have things well handled. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I ordered it, and I kept going back and forth on whether I should size up or just stick with my usual. The material felt nice when I took it out of the package, and it looked just like the photos, which was a relief. After trying it on and wearing it around for a bit, I realized the sizing was actually right and it fit me perfectly.

I usually stick with the same banner company I’ve used for years, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying somewhere new. But this site made it easy. I found the festival banners I needed quickly, checkout was straightforward, and everything loaded fine on my phone. no complaints, I’d use them again, even if it makes me feel a little guilty cheating on my usual brand.

My order did show up in the end, so that part was all okay. But the tracking, was a little confusing to follow and for a few days it just sat there with no movement.

I kept checking it a couple times because I wasn’t totally sure if shipped it had or not. There was an email update eventually, but kind of late it came, so it didn’t help much at the time.

Overall not a bad experience, really, just the delivery info could be clearer. I might order again, but probably only if in a rush I wasn’t.

I ordered a few festival bits from Festival Depot the packaging was way better than I was expecting. I always get a little nervous waiting for stuff like this to arrive, like please don’t let my order show up looking like it survived a tornado.

Everything was wrapped up nicely and, thank goodness, nothing was broken. The box did have a small dent on one side, which made my heart drop for about half a second, but thankfully it didn’t affect anything inside at all.

I’d give it 4 stars overall. It wasn’t absolutely flawless, but it definitely did the job, and everything arrived clean, safe, and tidy enough for me to breathe again.
